I've tried a few different platforms, but nothing beats this site for payout speed. I requested my first redemption on a Tuesday and had it in my account by Wednesday morning. Truly the best 'Same Day Redemption' experience I've had!
I was a bit hesitant at first because of all the scams out there, but this site is the real deal. The games are fair, the interface is smooth, and most importantly, they actually pay out. Just won my second 'Juwa' prize!
I love the variety of games under the Orion Stars category. I played for about an hour last night and hit a decent $500 win. The process to claim it was super straightforward. Definitely staying a loyal customer.
I don't play to get rich; I play for the fun of it. That said, winning a 'Golden Avalon' prize last week was a huge bonus! The community on this site is great, and the support team is actually responsive.
What I appreciate most is how easy the site is to navigate on my phone. Whether I’m in the backyard or on the go, I can jump in and play a quick round. Redemptions are always hassle-free.
I log in every morning just to see the new promos. There’s always something fresh like the 'Spring Surprise' or new bonus coins. It’s a fun, low-stress way to try your luck.
I had a small issue with my account verification, and the support team fixed it within 10 minutes. It’s rare to find that kind of service in the online sweepstakes world. Highly recommend!
The graphics on the 'Spinzy' games are top-tier. It feels like a real casino experience right from my living room. I’ve redeemed multiple times now and never had an issue. 5 stars!
I love that you can see recent winners and their stories. It makes the whole platform feel more transparent. Just got my first 'Dice Cash' win today and I'm thrilled!
High-end games with a reliable prize system, this is it. I've recommended it to three friends already and we’re all having a blast. Best in the business!
Self-exclusion means to voluntarily stop participating in betting or gaming for a specified period of time, which can either be temporary or permanent. When you opt for self-exclusion, you accept the terms and conditions, and your exclusion will become effective immediately after you receive a confirmation email. The email will be sent to the email address linked to your account and will include the date when your self-exclusion period will end. Note that self-exclusion requests made through the chat function will not be processed, but a customer support representative will assist you in emailing your request. Upon receiving your email request to close your account, a 24-hour "cooling-off" period will commence. After this period, the customer support agent will inform you of the self-exclusion options available, which include 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, and permanent self-exclusion. There will be no exceptions to these time periods, and you will need to respond to the email to confirm your choice. If you don't respond within 24 hours, your account will be reopened, and you will receive a confirmation email. Once you have requested a self-exclusion, your account will remain closed for the specified time and cannot be reversed or shortened. If you have chosen a permanent self-exclusion, your account will remain closed indefinitely. The company will make reasonable efforts to enforce the self-exclusion policy, but it will not be held liable if you try to open a new account or succeed in doing so. Any wagers, rewards, or promotional entries made during the self-exclusion period will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated once the self-exclusion period is over. It is your responsibility to abide by the self-exclusion agreement and not attempt to purchase or place any wagers on your excluded account or open any new accounts during the self-exclusion period. If you do violate the self-exclusion, the company may close any new accounts detected and retain the right to terminate any wagers you have placed. Any losses incurred during the self-exclusion period will not be refunded, and the company or its employees will not be held liable for any harm you may suffer. Once the self-exclusion period is over, your account will automatically be reopened, and you will receive a confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
If you feel that you are no longer able to manage your gaming habits or bet responsibly, we provide you with the option to exclude yourself from betting with us. To initiate the cooling-off period, as specified, please go to your account settings.
1. What is Spinzy? Spinzy is a social sweepstakes entertainment platform operated by Kaifai LLC. You can play with Gold Coins for entertainment or use free promotional Sweep Coins in eligible promotional games. Eligible winnings from promotional play may qualify for prizes once the applicable requirements are met. Gameplay is based on chance, so a win or prize is never guaranteed. 2. Do I have to buy anything to play? No. A purchase is not required to obtain Sweep Coins or take part in eligible sweepstakes promotions. Free options may include daily rewards, promotional offers, and the Alternative Method of Entry described in the applicable Official Rules. A purchase does not change the odds of an individual promotional game outcome. 3. How do I create an account? Use the registration option on Spinzy and enter your own accurate details. You must meet the age and location requirements and accept the applicable terms. Some features may require additional verification. Use an email address you control and a password you keep private. 4. Is Spinzy a way to earn money? Treat Spinzy as entertainment. Game outcomes are unpredictable, and neither winnings nor prize approval are guaranteed. Set a budget you can comfortably afford and avoid using money needed for bills, borrowing to play, or trying to recover earlier losses. 5. Where should I check the rules before playing? Start with the Terms and Conditions and Official Sweepstakes Rules. For prizes, also read the Cashout and Redemption Policy. Each game or promotion may have its own rules, pay table, limits, and expiration date. Check those details before you accept an offer or start playing. Policies may change, so check the effective date. The Terms also explain complaints, dispute resolution, arbitration, and an arbitration opt-out process. Contact support if you are unsure which terms apply to your activity.
1. How old do I need to be? You must be at least 18 and meet the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You also need to satisfy Spinzy’s other eligibility rules. Minors are not allowed to use the platform, even with an adult’s permission. 2. Can I play from any US state? No. Spinzy is available only to eligible US residents in permitted locations. Many states are restricted, and the list can change. Check the current Terms and Official Rules before registering or playing. Being able to open the website does not mean you are eligible to use its features. The July 2, 2026 Terms list Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and West Virginia as restricted. Access outside the United States and in unapproved US territories is also restricted. Recheck the latest list before participating. 3. Can I use Spinzy while traveling? Your physical location matters when you access the platform, play, or request a prize. Living in an eligible state does not make participation from a restricted state or another country permitted. Check the location rules before using Spinzy during a trip. 4. Why does Spinzy ask for my location, and can I use a VPN? Location checks help confirm that you are using Spinzy from a permitted area. You may need to enable browser or device location permissions. Do not use a VPN, proxy, remote desktop, emulator, or location-spoofing tool to bypass restrictions. If a location check fails, contact support for help. 5. Are employees and family members eligible for prizes? Spinzy’s rules exclude certain employees, affiliates, providers, promotion partners, and immediate family or household members from prize participation. Some people may have access for testing or operational work without being eligible to win. If you have a connection to Spinzy or one of its partners, check with support before participating.
1. Can I have more than one account or share mine? No. Each person may have only one account, and it must be in their own legal name. You cannot share, sell, lend, or transfer your account, or play through someone else’s. Closing an account does not automatically allow you to open a new one. 2. What if I forget my password or lose access to my email? Contact support@spinzy.ai if you cannot recover access through the available login options. Support may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Do not create a replacement account unless Spinzy expressly authorizes it in writing. 3. How do I update my account information? Keep your legal name, residential address, email, phone number, and payment information current. Use any available account settings or contact support@spinzy.ai for help. Changes may require verification, especially if they affect identity, payment ownership, or prize eligibility. 4. What should I do if someone else accesses my account? Report suspected unauthorized access to support@spinzy.ai immediately. Tell support what happened and when you noticed it. Secure your login and associated email using the options available to you. Never email passwords, full payment details, or cryptocurrency private keys. Do not let a minor or a self-excluded person use your account. Report suspected minor access immediately. 5. What happens if I close my account or stop using it? You can request closure through available account tools or support. Closure can affect access to your coins and account, subject to the applicable rules and any outstanding review. The Terms also allow accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months to be treated as inactive and potentially closed, with virtual coins removed or expired. Reopening is not guaranteed. If your request relates to responsible play, say so clearly.
1. What is the difference between Gold Coins and Sweep Coins? Gold Coins, or GC, are entertainment credits. They cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes. Sweep Coins, or SC, are free promotional entries used in eligible promotional games. Only SC that meet all applicable gameplay and eligibility requirements can become Redeemable SC. 2. How can I get Sweep Coins without purchasing? Authorized free methods may include daily rewards, account gifts, giveaways, referral promotions, and AMOE. Availability and conditions depend on the offer and applicable rules. Eligible Gold Coin packages may also include promotional SC at no additional cost, but buying a package is optional. 3. What is AMOE, and how do I use it? AMOE means Alternative Method of Entry: a way to obtain promotional entries without making a purchase. Follow the instructions in the applicable Official Rules exactly. Before submitting a request, confirm the required format, entry allowance, and submission details. If you cannot find those instructions, contact support@spinzy.ai for help. Requests must follow the authorized process. Do not automate submissions, reuse or trade request codes, or submit entries through multiple accounts. AMOE SC is a separate source; the 15 SC free-play award rules do not automatically apply to it. 4. Why can’t I redeem all the SC shown in my wallet? A displayed balance is not automatically eligible for prizes. Unplayed SC must first be used in eligible promotional gameplay, and the resulting balance must meet the requirements for its source and game type. Verification, location checks, minimum requests, limits, and account reviews also apply. Spinzy tracks package SC, promotional awards, other bonuses, and AMOE SC separately. If sources cannot be reliably separated, a manual review may be needed. Playing SC once does not, by itself, satisfy every redemption condition. 5. Is one SC the same as one dollar, and can I transfer coins? SC are promotional entries, not money, deposits, or a bank balance. For prize accounting, one eligible Redeemable SC generally supports a request for a prize valued at US $1, unless the applicable rules say otherwise. GC, SC, accounts, and redemption rights cannot be sold, pooled, or transferred to another player.
1. How do daily rewards, referrals, and other bonuses work? Each offer can have its own eligibility rules, claim steps, limits, and expiration date. Read the offer before using it. Referral rewards must involve genuine eligible participants; self-referrals and duplicate accounts are prohibited. If a reward is offered for a review, the review must be honest and disclose the incentive. A positive review is not required. For tournaments and leaderboards, check the event’s ranking criteria, reward rules, and end date. Rankings may be corrected for errors or abuse. A reward is not guaranteed unless the offer provides one. 2. What happens when my free-play credits reach 100? Under the default free-play offer, reaching 100 Promotional Free-Play Credits earns exactly 15 Promotional Bonus SC in your main wallet. The session ends and any remaining session credits are removed. These credits are separate from SC: reaching 100 does not earn 100 SC or a $100 prize. A different offer applies only if its rules clearly disclose different terms before you participate. 3. What if I finish below 100 or the display goes above 100? If the session ends, expires, or runs out before you reach 100 credits, you receive no wallet award. If the display goes above 100, the award is still exactly 15 SC. Qualification occurs when Spinzy’s authoritative transaction record first shows 100; a display or processing delay does not increase the award. 4. Can I redeem the 15 SC free-play award immediately? No. In Standard Games, its tracked balance must first reach 45 Redeemable SC, and the separate minimum prize request is 50 Redeemable SC. Its maximum single Standard Game wager is 14 SC, or a lower applicable limit. If loaded into a Platform Game, the minimum cashout is 60 SC and the maximum total return is 150 SC. Verification and other eligibility conditions still apply. 5. Will buying a package unlock my earlier bonus winnings? A later purchase does not automatically unlock, reclassify, or change earlier promotional or AMOE winnings. The Cashout and Redemption Policy requires Spinzy to track sources separately and apply the correct rules to each. A purchase alone also does not cause prior promotional winnings to be forfeited. Check any separate bonus cap disclosed with your original offer. Some designated offers may also have a separately disclosed redemption cap. Read the original offer terms rather than assuming every bonus has the same limit.
1. Are game results random, and do purchases or earlier losses affect them? The Fair Play and RNG Policy says outcomes use randomized systems and Spinzy does not manually manipulate individual results. Each spin or round is independent. Previous wins, losses, purchase history, and time spent playing do not influence future results. No pattern of earlier losses guarantees that a win is due. 2. Where can I find a game’s rules and pay table? Check the game’s rules, help information, and pay table where available before playing. Provider rules can explain the features, possible outcomes, and technical requirements. If something is unclear or the information is unavailable, ask support before participating. 3. What is the maximum I can wager on one play? The Cashout and Redemption Policy lists maximum single wagers based on total qualifying package SC: 49 SC below 500; 99 SC for 500–999; 199 SC for 1,000–1,999; and 299 SC for 2,000 or more. The 15 SC free-play award has a separate 14 SC maximum in Standard Games. A lower game, provider, promotion, account, location, or responsible-play limit takes priority. An isolated attempted over-limit wager does not automatically cause forfeiture under the redemption policy, but repeated or intentional circumvention can lead to action. 4. What should I do if a game freezes or my balance looks wrong? Stop using the affected feature and contact support@spinzy.ai. Include the game name, round or transaction ID if available, date and time, and a screenshot if useful. Spinzy may review provider and server records before correcting an error. A displayed result or balance may still need verification. If your device display and the server or provider record disagree, the Terms generally use the server record unless it is itself affected by error, fraud, or malfunction. Error-related credits or results may be corrected or voided. Restoration of an interrupted play is not guaranteed. 5. What kinds of play are prohibited? Bots, scripts, auto-clickers, unauthorized automation, collusion, duplicate accounts, payment abuse, and exploiting technical errors are prohibited. Do not bypass location or account restrictions or manipulate promotions. Violations may lead to review, removal of affected value, denied redemptions, or account closure. The redemption policy says a legitimate win alone is not a reason for enforcement.
1. What is the difference between a cashout and a Prize Redemption? A Platform Game cashout returns an eligible balance from a designated provider or separate-wallet game to your Spinzy wallet. A Prize Redemption requests an external prize or payment from that wallet. Completing a Platform Game cashout does not automatically approve a Prize Redemption. 2. How does the Standard Game 3× requirement work? The associated qualifying balance must reach three times the stated SC amount included with its qualifying Gold Coin package. For example, a package with 100 SC has a 300 SC balance threshold, even if the package was discounted. This is a balance target, not a requirement to wager 300 SC in total. Once that balance qualifies, the threshold is not reapplied to every request from it. The general minimum request remains 50 Redeemable SC. 3. How do Platform Game minimums and maximums work? A Platform Game cycle normally requires a minimum cashout of 4× the eligible amount loaded and allows a maximum total return of 10× that amount, including the original load. For example, a 50 SC load has a 200 SC minimum and 500 SC maximum. Additional loads before closure are combined; partial cashouts do not reset the cycle. Excess above the maximum is removed. Lower applicable provider, promotion, location, or Florida limits can apply. A cycle closes when its balance reaches zero, is fully returned, or is otherwise closed and reconciled. For players physically in Florida, Spinzy also applies its own 5,000 SC limit per game outcome or prize event; this is a platform rule, not a claim of a universal Florida legal limit. 4. How do I request a prize, and what limits or fees apply? Open Redeem in your verified account, choose an available payout method, enter your eligible amount and accurate details, complete any requested checks, and review before submitting. The general minimum is 50 Redeemable SC. Per approved request, tier limits are 2,500 SC for Iron–Gold, 5,000 SC for Platinum–Sapphire, and 7,500 SC for Emerald. Higher applicable minimums and other limits may control. Known prize-reducing fees are disclosed before confirmation where reasonably practicable. Submission is not approval. Available methods may include bank, card, wallet, gift card, or other prize options; use the options shown in your account. If you cannot tell which balance is eligible, ask support to review the source and game records before submitting. 5. How long does a redemption take, and can I change my payout details? Spinzy aims to review a fully documented request within eight hours. Review can take one Business Day or longer if more checks, provider coordination, or reconciliation are needed. After approval, bank or card payouts may take another one to three Business Days; cryptocurrency timing depends on the network. These are estimates. Contact support immediately about incorrect details: changes before issuance may be possible, but issued payments generally cannot be reversed. A Business Day is Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Policy deadlines and effective times use Central Time unless stated otherwise.
1. Why do I need to verify my identity? Verification helps confirm your age, identity, location, account ownership, and eligibility, and helps prevent fraud and financial crime. Checks may be required before purchases, gameplay, promotional credits, or redemption. Having a visible wallet balance does not remove the verification requirement. 2. What documents might Spinzy ask for? Depending on the review, you may be asked for government photo ID, a selfie or liveness check, proof of address, payment ownership evidence, tax information, or source-of-funds documents. Provide clear, current, consistent information through the process Spinzy specifies. Do not send unrequested sensitive documents by ordinary email. If you cannot provide a requested item, contact support before the stated deadline. The redemption policy allows action if requested documents are not supplied within 30 days or another reasonable period stated by Spinzy. An incomplete review can restrict purchases, gameplay, or redemption. 3. What payout ownership and tax requirements apply? Your payout destination must belong to you or be lawfully controlled by you, and its ownership must be verifiable. Third-party or unverifiable shared payout accounts are prohibited. Use accurate details that match your verified account. You are responsible for applicable taxes; Spinzy may require tax documents and report or withhold amounts when required. Missing required tax information can delay or prevent payment. 4. Why is my redemption delayed, reduced, or denied? Common reasons include missing verification, unmet game or source requirements, a restricted location, an ownership mismatch, a payment dispute, or an applicable limit. Technical errors or suspected prohibited activity can also require review. The decision should depend on the relevant records and rules; a displayed balance alone does not guarantee payment. During an investigation, purchases, play, Platform Game loads, cashouts, or redemptions may be temporarily restricted. Value may be adjusted when records support an error, an applicable limit, a reversed transaction, or a documented violation. Legitimate winning alone is not grounds for restriction under the redemption policy. 5. How do I ask Spinzy to review a decision? Email support@spinzy.ai within 30 days after the decision. Include your account email, username, relevant dates, request or transaction ID, and a clear explanation with supporting records. Send from your registered email where possible. Internal review does not remove any dispute rights you may have under the applicable terms and law.
1. What am I buying when I purchase a package? You are buying a limited license to use Gold Coins for entertainment play. You are not making a deposit or purchasing Sweep Coins. Some eligible packages include free promotional SC at no additional cost. Gold Coins themselves cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for prizes. 2. Which payment methods can I use? Use a payment method currently offered by Spinzy that you legally own and control. Shared, business, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods are not permitted. Payment ownership may need verification. Cryptocurrency, if offered, can involve network fees, confirmation delays, and irreversible transactions. The options available to your account may change. Your statement may show Spinzy or a descriptor connected to its payment processor. If you do not recognize a charge, contact support with the date and amount. Never share your full card or bank details by ordinary email. 3. When can I get a refund? Gold Coin purchases are generally final once delivered. Spinzy may consider a refund for a processing error that caused a duplicate charge, verified unauthorized activity following an account compromise, failure to deliver purchased Gold Coins, or a refund required by law. Approval is not automatic. Disappointing results or unmet redemption requirements are not ordinary refund grounds. Used Gold Coins, dissatisfaction with a game outcome, and late requests are generally not refundable, except where law requires otherwise or the limited refund conditions apply. 4. How do I request a refund, and how long does review take? Email support@spinzy.ai within seven calendar days of the original transaction. Include your legal name, username, registered email, purchase date and approximate time, amount, transaction ID if available, and only the last four digits of the payment method. Explain the issue clearly. Review generally takes five to seven Business Days. Approved refunds go to the original method whenever reasonably practicable; the policy does not promise a separate bank-posting time. The Terms separately ask you to report billing discrepancies within 30 days after the transaction appears on your account statement. Report any issue promptly; that billing-notice period should not be treated as an extension of the seven-day refund-request window. 5. What happens to my coins and winnings after a refund or chargeback? Spinzy may remove the GC and SC associated with the affected purchase, reverse related winnings, hold a pending redemption, or restrict the account as permitted by the policies and law. Promotional rewards are not purchases and are not refundable. Contact support promptly about a payment problem so it can be reviewed.
1. What personal information does Spinzy collect and why? Spinzy collects account, identity, payment, gameplay, device, location, and support information to operate the platform, check eligibility, prevent fraud, and meet compliance duties. It may share information with service providers and authorities as described in the Privacy Policy. Spinzy does not sell personal information for money, though certain advertising disclosures may count as sale or sharing under state law. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared for third parties’ own marketing. Records may be kept after closure for legal, security, dispute, and responsible-play purposes. No online system is completely secure. 2. Can I manage cookies or ask to access or delete my information? Manage cookies through your browser; blocking required cookies can affect login, gameplay, payments, and verification. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or certain advertising opt-outs. Email legal@spinzy.ai or support@spinzy.ai with the subject Privacy Request. Identity checks and retention duties can affect what Spinzy can provide or delete. Where legally required, Spinzy honors recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control. Ask legal@spinzy.ai about available privacy appeals. Third-party services have their own privacy policies. 3. How do I stop promotional emails or texts? Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. For texts, reply STOP; HELP provides assistance. Spinzy also honors other clear opt-out requests where applicable. Promotional email and SMS consent are optional and are not required to register, purchase, participate without purchase, or redeem a prize. You may still receive permitted security, transaction, legal, support, and account messages. Providing your phone number alone is not consent to promotional texts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Spinzy may keep consent and opt-out records to honor your preferences. 4. How do I set limits, take a break, or self-exclude? Use available account tools or email support@spinzy.ai. Say whether you want purchase, play, or time limits, a cooling-off period, self-exclusion, or permanent closure. Tools can vary, and identity checks may be required. Do not bypass self-exclusion with another account. Warning signs include overspending, chasing losses, hiding play, borrowing, and neglecting responsibilities. Use only discretionary entertainment funds and take breaks. If play is causing harm, stop and seek help from a qualified professional or recognized problem-gambling support organization. In an emergency, contact emergency services. 5. How do I contact support, and what should I include? Email support@spinzy.ai or call (682) 466-7284. Include your username, account email, relevant dates, and game, round, or transaction IDs where available, plus a clear description of what you need. Never send passwords or full financial credentials. For complete complaints, Spinzy aims to respond within 10 calendar days, though complex matters may take 20 days or longer. Legal and privacy questions can also go to legal@spinzy.ai.
